A leading nonprofit organization is looking for a Program Director for their Smallholder Producer Program. This role involves providing strategic oversight and management of agricultural initiatives in Mexico, aiming to enhance the incomes of rural households. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in agricultural economics, demonstrated leadership skills, and fluency in both Spanish and English. Position will be heavily focused on collaboration with various stakeholders across the agricultural sector.

The objective of the Smallholder Producer Program is to strengthen the agricultural ecosystem in Mexico and improve the incomes of rural households by helping smallholder farmers to improve the yields and quality of their crops, manage their farms sustainably, build agribusinesses and connect to formal markets.
The Program Director will guide the Program by providing strategic oversight, overseeing field teams and cross-cutting areas, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring Program goals are reached.
