A global data solutions provider is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to implement data quality and compliance solutions across North America and Latin America. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in technical implementations, fluency in Spanish and English, and a relevant degree. The role includes significant travel and collaboration with clients to integrate solutions effectively.
Innovative Systems, a global provider of data quality, compliance, and data-matching technologies, is seeking technically-skilled Professional Services Consultants to implement solutions across North America and Latin America.
With over 50 years of experience, we deliver high-quality software that is fast, accurate, and scalable, helping protect against money laundering and terrorist financing threats.
Your role will leverage strong technical expertise and knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to implement and configure Innovative's proprietary data-quality and compliance solutions in on-premise and SaaS environments.
Prior experience in software implementation and data migration is desired.
Mexico (remote work possible).
Willingness to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally.
Execute all facets of the software and services delivery life cycle, from pre-sales support through product configuration, testing, training, integration, and implementation.
Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to understand prospective client needs.
Design and deliver effective product presentations and technical demonstrations during the sales cycle.
Assist with development of product justifications such as use case projects and proofs of concept (POCs).
Consult with clients; analyze and understand their data and product/customization needs.
Implement Innovative's technology in various environments—on-site, remotely (SaaS), or hybrid.
Utilize software application programming and tools to integrate Innovative's solutions within client systems and processes.
Configure and, when needed, customize Innovative's software to align with client needs.
Provide consulting and client training, on-site or remotely.
Use batch processes to integrate Innovative's products into client processes.
Perform testing to ensure product implementation meets or exceeds performance and quality standards.
Provide client support until post-implementation hand-off to the Customer Success team.
Experience with SQL, C, Java, and other related programming languages and web services is essential.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required; Portuguese and additional languages are a plus.
3–7 years of experience performing technical implementations and integrations.
Undergraduate or higher degree in computer or software engineering, information science, mathematics, or related field.
Experience with C, Java, .

Database management, data migration, and ETL transformation knowledge or experience.
Highly motivated self-starter with strong commitment to follow-through.
Ability to understand, interpret, and effectively communicate technical concepts.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven effective team player and collaborator.
Native-level Spanish and English language skills (spoken and written).
Ability to obtain and maintain proper travel documents including visas for the United States and other countries.
Willingness to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally.
Understanding or working knowledge of data management concepts, data analysis, data quality, data integration, business intelligence, or similar technologies.
Portuguese or other language skills.
