A leading multinational technology company in Nuevo León is seeking a Production Supervisor to guide and supervise operators in a manufacturing environment. The role includes responsibilities for managing production costs, ensuring quality standards, and developing staff training programs. Ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of production methods and good communication skills, emphasizing integrity and teamwork. The position offers a chance to impact operational efficiency and product quality significantly.

Formación

• Familiar with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Good English reading, writing, and oral communication.
• Familiar with 6S, PDCA, TWI, and quality management (6 sigma).
• High responsibility and fast-learning ability.
• High integrity and good communication skills.
• Good coordinating and teamwork player.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and supervise operators to execute production actions according to SOP/WI.
• Disassemble production tasks based on site personnel, machine, material, etc.
• Develop staff training plans to cultivate talents with required skills.
• Responsible for production costs and continuous efficiency improvement.
• Analyze quality fluctuations and make adjustments to avoid risks.
• Ensure compliance with company's quality and safety requirements.
• Complete other tasks assigned by Senior Supervisor or Production Manager.

• ●负责指导、监督操作员工按SOP/WI执行生产动作，使其符合生产流程、工艺、质量和安全的要求
  ResponsibleforguidingandsupervisingoperatorstoexecuteproductionactionsaccordingtoSOP/WItoensurethattheycomplywithproductionprocess,process,qualityandsafetyrequirements.
• ●按照生产计划，根据现场人、机、料、法、环进行生产任务拆解并排产，保质保量完成生产目标
  Accordingtotheproductionplan,disassembletheproductiontaskaccordingtothesitepersonnel,machine,material,methodandenvironment，schedulingandachievetheproductiontargetwithqualityandquantity.
• ●制定员工的培训计划，通过多种方法培养和挖掘具备生产所需技能和素质的人才
  Developstafftrainingplans,throughavarietyofmethodstocultivateandexploretalentswiththeskillsandqualitiesrequiredforproduction
• ●对生产成本负责，通过精益管理或改善项目，实现持续的降本增效
  Responsibleforproductioncosts,achievecontinuouscostreductionandefficiencyimprovementthroughleanmanagementorprojectimprovement.
• ●对产品质量负责，对品质波动及时进行原因分析并做出调整，避免或减少质量风险
  Responsibleforproductquality,timelyanalysisofqualityfluctuationsandmakeadjustmentstoavoidorreducequalityrisks.
• ●对车间6S负责，定期开展培训、检查、评比活动，持续提升现场管理水平
  Responsibleforworkshop6S,regularlycarryouttraining,inspection,evaluationactivities,andcontinuetoimprovethelevelofsitemanagement.
• ●履行公司质量、安全、两化融合及能源管理体系要求，推进公司数字化战略项目的落地

任职要求：

• ●熟练操作Excel、Word、Outlook和PowerPoint。
