A manufacturing company is looking for a Product Service Engineer in Mexico, Tamaulipas, Reynosa. The role focuses on providing technical guidance and support to clients and dealers, correcting product deficiencies, and improving designs based on customer needs. Candidates should possess a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and have strong communication and analytical skills. There is no relocation or sponsorship available for this full-time position, which requires travel to customer sites.

Formación

• Strong Electrical and or Mechanical aptitude from a degree or trade background.
• Excellent communicator with technical clients and good interpersonal skills.
• Engineering or manufacturing background, familiarity with materials, equipment, and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide continuous support and technical guidance to Customer and Dealer personnel.
• Identify and correct product deficiencies, improve product design.
• Maintain liaison between Caterpillar and Dealers using the DSN system.
• Prepare Failure Analysis and Summary Reports.
• Travel to Customer mine sites for field follow and investigation.
