About The Login And Access Squad

Our squad is on the front lines of Stori’s growth, owning the entire customer login and account management experience—from first‑time user sign‑up to seamless sign‑in, secure credential recovery and ongoing profile management.

Our goal is to create a secure, intuitive and frictionless access platform that welcomes new users and provides a best‑in‑class experience for our entire customer base.

Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic and technically savvy Product Lead to own the vision, roadmap and execution for the entire customer access experience. You will balance security and convenience to ensure our customers can access their accounts easily and safely.

You will work across product, engineering and design to deliver a platform that supports Stori’s rapid growth and sets the standard for user experience in the FinTech space.

Job Requirements

Experience in building and scaling consumer‑facing identity and access management products. The role isn’t just about building a single login page; it’s about managing a platform that supports millions of users.

The candidate should have a proven track record of handling high‑volume user traffic and ensuring system reliability. A strong background in user experience (UX) and product design.

The role requires a candidate who can balance security requirements with the need for a seamless, intuitive and frictionless user journey. They should be able to advocate for the user while navigating technical constraints.

Proficiency in A/B testing and funnel optimization. The login and sign‑up flows are critical growth funnels.

The candidate must be skilled in using data to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates and user retention.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. This role involves collaborating with engineering, cybersecurity, compliance and other product teams.

The candidate must be able to clearly articulate the product vision, strategy and roadmap to a diverse audience.

Nice‑to‑have: Understanding of authentication and authorization flows. The ideal candidate must be able to speak the language of software engineers and make informed decisions about complex authentication flows. Experience with credential recovery and fraud prevention.

The ideal candidate should understand the complexities of account recovery flows and be able to implement strategies to protect against common attacks like credential stuffing, phishing and account takeovers.
