Role Overview

As a Product Designer at Argo 34, you’ll be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences across our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into elegant designs that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure design consistency through the creation and maintenance of design systems.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive product experiences.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Advocate for the user while balancing company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience designing digital products using Figma, UXPin, or another product design tool for visualization.
• Proven track record as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role in IT or tech.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile product design (candidates must be ready to present their portfolio during the interview process and include portfolio links in their application).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple and elegant design solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
