Product & Data Strategist Lead (LatAm)
Location: Mexico City o Bogot Colombia
Reports to: SVP of Product & Strategy

We are looking for a Product & Data Strategist Lead a highly analytical and creative professional who can combine data strategy product strategy and product marketing. This role will define package and socialize MiQs products in LatAm turning complex data and intelligence into actionable strategies compelling narratives and differentiated value propositions for agencies and clients.
The role works side-by-side with the SVP of Product Strategy & Partnerships collaborating with global and CoE teams and closely engaging with sales and activation in LatAm. The focus is to accelerate client conversations build data-driven strategies and enable seamless execution by bridging strategy and technical delivery.
Product Definition & Narrative : Define and socialize MiQ products in LatAm (Advanced Video Intent Commerce Sigma) and translate technical concepts (data integration identity resolution omnichannel activation measurement) into clear and impactful narratives. Strategy & Intelligence : Take all data sources Sigma intelligence regional benchmarks and client first-party data (audience and business) to create actionable strategies insights and deliverables that resonate with clients and drive commercial traction.
Technical Leadership : Lead advanced technical conversations with agencies and clients on topics such as integration identity omnichannel activation pixelation and measurement. Ensure strategies are implementable and scalable.
Collaboration with Sales & Activation : Work closely with commercial teams to design strategies that open doors and accelerate conversations and with activation teams to ensure proper execution of products and tactics.
Adapt global and CoE product frameworks to reflect LatAm market realities industry maturity and client needs.
Maintain structured documentation of product narratives strategies and case studies ensuring updates are consistent and searchable.
Data & Product Strategy Expertise : Strong background in data strategy and product strategy with proven ability to design and deliver solutions in AdTech / MarTech or related fields.
Experience in packaging and presenting technical capabilities in ways that resonate with agencies and clients.
Ability to explain complex data and tech concepts simply and persuasively.
Strong skills in consulting analytics storytelling problem-solving and omnichannel activation tactics.
Bilingual English & Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
Excellent attention to detail ability to manage multiple projects and maintain structured libraries of assets and deliverables.
