A dynamic content production agency is seeking a Remote Producer to create impactful social media content. You will manage innovative campaigns for a vertical video platform, ensuring client needs are met through engaging strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in content production, social media strategy, and project management, along with proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop and Airtable. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. This position offers a salary of up to USD 28,000 and fully remote working opportunities.

Our vision relies on people who are curious about this technology and excited to take on this challenge As a Producer, you will be at the forefront of creating engaging, social-first content for our client, a vertical video platform leader.
This role combines creative ideation, production management, and content strategy to deliver innovative and impactful social media campaigns.
You will be responsible for understanding our clients' needs inside and out, identifying key themes and areas of interest, and translating them into compelling, informative and educational content.
Immerse yourself in fan culture by monitoring social media accounts of creators and talent.
Collect, catalogue, and ideate based on client needs and social media trends.
Understand how social media formats work, what formats resonate with viewers and why, and research new trending formats.
Brainstorm engaging ideas and produce concepts for social media graphics and videos.
Populate internal tools with client data, checking consistency, and raising any discrepancies.
Lead quality control on content, ensuring consistency, adherence to branding guidelines, and offering creative feedback.
Be involved in review at all stages of the asset's lifecycle, including rough works in progress.
Liaise with clients via email and calls to pitch ideas, receive feedback, and deliver content.
Content Strategy & Tone of Voice Development : Become an expert in social platforms and Storm Ideas products to suggest strategy and content that engages audiences and achieves client goals.
Be an expert in the specifications and capabilities of all social media platforms and monitoring changes and updates.
Develop strategies to improve the quality of content and bring in line with broader client approaches.
a 2 : 1 Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Figma a plus).
Experience ideating, pitching, or producing concepts for social media.
Experience in a social media marketing environment.
Experience with project management software like Airtable or Technical aptitude for understanding new software and systems.

If successful, you will be invited to a 60 minute first interview with Nina, our Head of Content Production and one of our Account Managers.
Based on the outcome of that interview, applicants may progress to Stage 2 : a written task.
The final stage of the process would be a 30 minute follow-up interview with Nina and Nicola, our Chief Creative Officer.
