The Pricing Manager will develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize profitability, competitiveness, and market share for Ayvens Mexico’s leasing and mobility services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to balance customer value with business objectives in a dynamic market environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies for vehicle leasing, fleet management, and mobility solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
• Analyze market data, competitor pricing, and customer demand to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to design pricing models that support business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and evaluate pricing performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure pricing compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Build and maintain pricing tools, models, and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
• Work closely with marketing to align pricing with promotional campaigns and customer value propositions.
• Forecast revenue impacts of pricing decisions and contribute to budgeting processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, economic factors, and customer preferences to refine pricing strategies.

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or financial analysis, preferably in automotive, leasing, or mobility sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
• Knowledge of pricing methodologies, including value-based and dynamic pricing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with the Mexican market and regulatory environment is a plus.

• Experience in an international company is a plus.
