A leading hospitality company in Mexico is seeking a qualified candidate to assist in transitioning a global portfolio of hotels to a new Property Management Suite. The role involves developing training materials, managing multiple property deployments, and conducting training webinars. The ideal candidate should have relevant hotel operations experience and strong knowledge of Oracle’s Opera PMS.

Formación

  • Minimum 2+ years in Reservations or Front Office roles.
  • At least 2+ years of Hotel Supervisory Experience.
  • Familiarity with Oracle's Opera PMS essential.
  • Experience in training delivery and preparation.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop training materials for the Deployment team.
  • Manage deployments to multiple properties at once.
  • Conduct training webinars for Property Management Suite.
  • Review and update hotel configuration data.
  • Maintain vendor relationships for training efforts.

Overview

The Role:

We are looking for a qualified candidate to support a Global portfolio of 1300+ hotels through the transition process to a new Property Management Suite, Opera Cloud & Colleague Advantage.

This role will be responsible for preparing the hotel configuration data used to build Opera, conducting project kickoff and training webinars, and migrating data to the new PMS.

This will require interaction with hotel teams, vendors and regional teams across the globe.

This position requires 10% travel for onboarding and team meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Development of training material for use by the Deployment team, the hotels or our vendors. Training materials include slide decks, trainers’ notes, and videos.
  • Managing deployment to multiple properties simultaneously.
  • Conduct training webinars related to the Property Management Suite as needed during hotel transition
  • Collect, review and update hotel configuration data in accordance with Hotel standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the PMS vendors that will be supporting us with training and implementation efforts.
Qualifications
  • Reservations, Front Office or related rooms operations experience (2+ years)
  • Hotel Supervisory Experience in Operations (2+ years)
  • Robust experience with hotel business practices in use with Oracle’s Opera Property Management System
  • Experience in delivering and preparing training
Preferred Skills
  • Operations experience with RESERVE CRS, HotSOS, Medallia Concierge, Sertifi, Credit Card processing
