A leading hospitality company in Mexico is seeking a qualified candidate to assist in transitioning a global portfolio of hotels to a new Property Management Suite. The role involves developing training materials, managing multiple property deployments, and conducting training webinars. The ideal candidate should have relevant hotel operations experience and strong knowledge of Oracle’s Opera PMS.
The Role:
We are looking for a qualified candidate to support a Global portfolio of 1300+ hotels through the transition process to a new Property Management Suite, Opera Cloud & Colleague Advantage.
This role will be responsible for preparing the hotel configuration data used to build Opera, conducting project kickoff and training webinars, and migrating data to the new PMS.
This will require interaction with hotel teams, vendors and regional teams across the globe.
This position requires 10% travel for onboarding and team meetings.
