Job Summary:

As a PLC and Automation Specialist Engineer, you will design and implement advanced control architectures for automated machinery and processes, ensuring operational efficiency, reliability, and compliance with safety standards. This role combines technical expertise in PLC programming and automation systems with leadership skills to guide teams and optimize performance.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop and maintain PLC programs using TIA Portal, Studio 5000, and FANUC software, applying languages such as Ladder, FBD, and Structured Text (ST).
  • Integrate hardware components, including sensors, actuators, and variable الكثير drives (VFDs), ensuring optimal connectivity and functionality.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex automation issues using critical thinking and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
  • Monitor and improve performance metrics (UP‑TIME, MTTR, MTBF) through strategic planning and preventive maintenance.
  • Collaborate effectively with suppliers and cross‑functional teams, demonstrating clear communication and decision‑making skills.
  • Lead training initiatives to strengthen the technical capabilities of the team.
Required Profile:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electromechanics, or related field.
  • Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Required Knowledge: PLC programming (TIA Portal, Studio 5000, FANUC), knowledge of industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and SCADA/HMI systems, hardware integration, and preventive maintenance planning.

Additional Information:

  • Work Mode: On‑site, 5 days per week
  • Schedule: 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (subject to changes; availability for shift changes and one weekend per month based on staff rotation)
