As an administrative assistant, you will control the inventories of raw materials, packaging, and finished products for the solvent-based facility at our Tepexpan plant.

You will work #LI-Onsite reporting to the production chief

Key Responsibilities

• You will ensure sustainability goals and compliance with the allowed percentage in semiannual inventories.
• You will prepare inventory reports, solvent usage, variations, and total route time (using Excel, Oracle, and WMS) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• You will monitor compliance with production targets and create improvement ideas.
• You will conduct floor walks to review production processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineer, Industrial Chemist
• + 1 year of similar experience
• Office skills: Excel: formulas, pivot tables, charts (intermediate–advanced)
• Desiderable Power BI
• Experience with ORACLE or any ERP system
