Key Responsibilities
  • Planning:
    • Manage demand from Master Production Schedule (MPS) to accurate production programs.
    • Control work orders, jobs, and production controls.
    • Assure schedule production programs according to customers’ needs.
    • Manage machine and mold constraints in accordance with demand requirements.
    • Monitor service level and inventory health performance.
    • Keep work‑in‑process inventory at optimal level.
    • Develop people resources and information tools for productivity optimization.
    • Prepare production programs with machine load based on production standards and customer requirements.
    • Distribute weekly shipment and delivery programs, prioritizing production, balancing load, and following up on programs to eradicate obsolete inventory and optimize inventory using inventory‑management tools.
  • Materials Management:
    • Convert and communicate demand requirements for products into detailed plans and schedule programs for inventory level optimization.
    • Calculate key inventory performance for materials and accessories.
  • Ensure production programs are on time, correct, and efficient in programming.
  • Guarantee client satisfaction and maintain service levels above 95%.
  • Control inventories to ensure timely deliveries in lines and volume.
  • Eliminate lost sales, zeroes, and low inventory levels.
  • Promote continuous improvement with a focus on prevention and a respectful work environment.
  • Promote awareness of customers and materials usage accuracy to assure customer compliance.

About You
  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar position (minimum).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
