Phone Sales Recovery Agent

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Phone Sales Recovery Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers whose order did not get processed using phone calls, emails, and text messages to recover incomplete sales. This is a base pay + commission position with unlimited earning potential, making it perfect for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Call, email, and text customers whose order did not go through, aiming to recover sales and increase revenue.

• Engage with customers to address concerns, offer assistance, and provide incentives to complete their purchases.

• Follow up persistently and professionally to ensure customer engagement and increase conversion rates.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Meet or exceed individual sales recovery targets on a weekly or monthly basis.

Technical Must Have’s

• We require a stable internet connection capable of supporting seamless voice and video communications, and data transfer, with an Octane Speed of 20,000 or greater, (https://chromium.github.io/octane/).

• A backup system for power and internet.

• A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with working mic, camera, and a working noise‑cancelling headset. You will be on Zoom with your team throughout the day.

Compensation

• Base pay plus commission with uncapped earnings potential.

Schedule

• 9am-5:30pm CST, Tuesday & Wednesday Off

• 7am-3:30pm CST, Tuesday & Wednesday Off

• 1pm - 9:30pm CST; Sunday & Monday Off
