A leading consumer goods company is seeking a People Partner for a temporary position in Mexico City. This role provides HR expertise, focusing on employee initiatives and collaboration across various HR pillars. Candidates should have at least 2 years of HR experience and strong planning skills. The people partner provides HR expertise to individuals, allowing the business and employees to have direct attention. You will support team initiatives with Key Employee Moments. You will also collaborate with other HR pillars and managers to act on the implementation of projects related to learning and development, employee experience and engagement, culture and communication.
