The role involves supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Candidates should have at least 3 years of HR experience and fluency in both English and Spanish. The Operations team serves as the backbone of our marketplace, seamlessly managing the entire order journey. In this generalist role, you'll create an excellent experience for our Mexico-based Farfetchers at all stages of the employee journey. While advocating for our values, you'll have an 'amaze customer' approach and will provide timely and credible advice and counsel. You will work across specific client groups, working with the People Partners to support the People Team agenda. You will also contribute to and lead on local projects which help us to create a culture where our people excel.
