In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales and technical teams, offering clients expert guidance on Pega solutions. Your work will be crucial in helping our clients optimize processes and achieve digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and present tailored Pega solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations, live demos, and proofs of concept for potential clients.
  • Work with clients to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on Pega architecture, implementation strategies, and product capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their long-term success with Pega products.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through the technical aspects of Pega solutions.
  • Support the entire sales cycle, from discovery to solution design to implementation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Pega technologies, including Pega PRPC, case management, and decisioning.
  • Expertise in Pega Platform 8.x, including DX API, App Studio, and data models.
  • Strong knowledge of Pega system architecture, integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS), and application development.
  • Experience with custom Pega solutions, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum, and experience leading technical discussions with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
