In this role, you'll manage Payroll processes primarily in Brazil while serving as a backup for other countries. Required qualifications include a university degree, fluency in English and Spanish, and 3-4 years of HR Payroll experience in a large organization. About this opportunity

We are now looking for a Payroll HR Service Delivery Specialist to join our phenomenal team in Mexico City!

Your main activities will be related to provide support in Center of Excellence (CoE) Time Management, Payroll & Benefits within the Customer Unit Brazil and support back‑up in the other countries as Argentina, Peru, Uruguay, and Chile.

What you will do
  • Payroll Partnership mainly in Brazil and being a solid backup in the rest of the countries in CU South.
  • Coordinate, analyze and support Payroll process and its related activities to secure on time and high‑quality.
  • Review coordinate, support projects to secure correct management and quality of HR Data and participate and support local Audits.
  • Relationship with HR Business Partner, Subject Matter Experts, employees, and payroll provider team.
  • Implementation to control and follow up of incidences according our compliance regulations.
  • Second line support in the HR Direct channel.
  • Reporting and quality data with internal software (ERP ´s) and HR documentation, ensuring reliability of the information gathered and facilitate decisions.
  • Establish processes, guidelines, and backups to assure the achievement of objectives and to guarantee the high services level.
  • Represent the organization at internal or external meetings including the relations with key stakeholders (Payroll Leads, Business Partner, Line Managers, Subject Matter Experts, HR Direct, Payroll Partner, etc.)
You will bring
  • University degree, preferably Business, HR or law.
  • English and Spanish, also Portuguese would be a plus.
  • Demonstrable track record and a minimum of 3‑4 years of proven experience as HR Payroll & benefits Specialist within a big company.
  • Organized, responsible, flexible, and quality customer service oriented.
  • A service attitude with good communication and partnership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a change environment.
  • SAP knowledge will be specially considered.
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
