• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ in leadership roles.
• Proven track record building and scaling payment or fintech platforms.
• Experience leading distributed teams and managing complex integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the technical strategy for payments architecture.
• Lead engineering teams in developing high-availability payment services.
• Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and global data-protection standards.

Software engineering experience
