A leading educational platform in Monterrey seeks a Partnership Success Manager to manage university client relationships. Your role involves strategic consulting on international student recruitment, executing partnership campaigns, and maintaining engagement. The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field and 4 years experience in a client-facing role. Strong English communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential, along with a desire for personal development in an international team environment.

You'll be intrinsically motivated recruitment works across the globe, engaging with the wider Partnership Success Manager network and diving into data with our Analytics and Consulting Team (ACT). You’ll be happy to get to grips with our systems and processes, be forthcoming with ideas on areas to improve, champion change and ultimately be an asset to Studyportals as a whole.
Business Unit NA at Studyportals is in close contact with our clients and is responsible for the sale and post-sale customer relationship management for our student recruitment campaigns. The NA Enrolment Based Partnerships (EBP) team works with approximately 80 universities across the region and is one of our most successful divisions at Studyportals. You’ll be integral to the growth of this very important region. You’ll enjoy working independently but also thrive within a team of fellow Partnership Success Managers and Partnership Success Assistants from teams around the world. As Partnership Success Manager, you will have ownership of several university clients. You will work directly with universities on their student recruitment goals, supporting their efforts and improving our collaboration so they see results. You will be confident in presenting results, attending meetings (in person and virtual) so your communication skills should be excellent.
