You'll be intrinsically motivated recruitment works across the globe, engaging with the wider Partnership Success Manager network and diving into data with our Analytics and Consulting Team (ACT). You’ll be happy to get to grips with our systems and processes, be forthcoming with ideas on areas to improve, champion change and ultimately be an asset to Studyportals as a whole.

About the team

Business Unit NA at Studyportals is in close contact with our clients and is responsible for the sale and post-sale customer relationship management for our student recruitment campaigns. The NA Enrolment Based Partnerships (EBP) team works with approximately 80 universities across the region and is one of our most successful divisions at Studyportals. You’ll be integral to the growth of this very important region. You’ll enjoy working independently but also thrive within a team of fellow Partnership Success Managers and Partnership Success Assistants from teams around the world. As Partnership Success Manager, you will have ownership of several university clients. You will work directly with universities on their student recruitment goals, supporting their efforts and improving our collaboration so they see results. You will be confident in presenting results, attending meetings (in person and virtual) so your communication skills should be excellent.

Your day to day
  • You will manage around 20 clients.
  • Plan and hold client meetings, both online and in-person (travel required)
  • Development and execution of partnership campaigns based on enrolment.
  • Providing strategic consulting for clients regarding international student recruitment.
  • Sharing insights with clients, including projections and engagement reports.
  • Processing enrolment data and ensuring its quality throughout the entire client journey, which includes implementing online student recruitment campaigns, monitoring performance, consulting with clients, verifying enrolments, renewing campaigns, and more.
  • Responsible for maintaining and expanding client collaborations, including sales responsibilities.
  • Building long-term relationships with university representatives to effectively meet their student recruitment marketing needs.
  • Requirements
    Your are
    • Based in Monterrey, Mexico, with office attendance 3 times a week.
    • You preferably have a university degree in Business, Marketing or Communications (or any other relevant field)
    • 4 years Work experience in a client-facing role such as sales/account management
    • (Near) native level of English (both written and spoken)
    • Good prioritization skills and working under pressure
    • Negotiation and conflict resolution experience
    • You are keen on developing yourself both professionally and as an individual
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented with notable analytical and critical thinking skills
    • You are able to get in the shoes of prospective international students
    • You are a team player, comfortable with an international environment, committed to both hard work and fun
