A recruitment services company based in Mérida, Yucatán is seeking a Talent Acquisition Client Services Business Partner to handle phone screenings and candidate evaluations without needing to sell services. This part-time role requires at least 2 years of experience, focusing on resume reviews and client presentations, with flexible working hours mainly after business hours. Would you LOVE to be in a recruiting role where you did not have to sell to clients? Do you also like balancing your phone screen work with resume database review? Do you impress yourself with the decisions you make regarding resume selection, who should move forward, who should not, and why?
Our unique "contract recruiting department services" RPO model has been successful with companies of all sizes. Long-term clients include companies in the Government IT Services, Large-Project Construction, Manufacturing, Interior Design, Accounting Services, Law Firms, Digital Marketing companies, & Healthcare.
You will work directly with me- owner and founder Freddy Mayhall (https://www.linkedin.com/in/freddymayhall/) and my function leads, rotating across critical responsibilities surrounding the candidate experience: resume review, prospective candidate follow-up, candidate outreach, phone screening, and summary write-up for client presentations, all while partnering with team members to ensure constant flow of candidate pipeline activity progressing to roles being filled, with an eye on meeting or exceeding quality and timeline expectations within our billable hours' commitments to our clients.
Initial work hours available will be 15-20. It could be more, and can definitely increase based on your interest and performance. Future full-time hours are possible but not required.
