We are looking for a Packaging Specification Professional to lead and manage packaging & artwork change management activities for US-marketed products.

This role requires strong coordination, system expertise, and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead packaging and artwork change management for assigned products
• Drive end-to-end change control, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Align with cross-functional teams (QA, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Artwork, Plants) to meet lead time requirements
• Maintain strong understanding of internal systems, workflows, and process landscapes
• Participate in system / process implementation discussions and support continuous improvement
• Ensure documentation accuracy, version control, and timely approvals

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging specifications, artwork, or change management
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, specifications, and documentation
• Knowledge of workflows, PLM / Change Control systems, or similar digital tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment (preferred: pharma, consumer goods, or FMCG)
