In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

Automation Projects:

Design, develop, and implement tailored automation solutions for existing or new processes using powerful technologies like Artificial Intelligence, RPA and Python

Collaborate across multi-functional teams on project-based assignments to deliver efficient and reliable automated processes.

Apply agile project management methodologies to navigate and handle sophisticated projects smoothly.

Follow development and quality assurance standards to ensure every automation solution is stable, scalable, and diligent.

Own the full lifecycle of automation projects—from finding opportunities, gaining requirements, to developing, testing, and deploying solutions with Intelligent Automation tools.

Grow and Learn With Us:

Build expertise with including Python, Robocorp/Sema4.ai RPA, Microsoft OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.

Pursue professional certifications such as Python Level I & II and Robocorp/Sema4.ai to grow your skills.

Continuously expand your knowledge and understanding of business processes to create impactful automations.

Drive Continuous Improvement:

Partner with process owners to map, analyze, and improve workflows.

Use Lean and process improvement methodologies to increase efficiency.

Accept feedback and lessons learned to continuously enhance automation solutions and your own expertise.

Support and Teamwork:

Provide technical solving and support for deployed automations to ensure ongoing success.

Begin additional responsibilities and projects as needed in a multifaceted and encouraging work environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.

Preferred Certifications:

Python programming certifications.

Robocorp or Sema4.ai certifications.

Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Artificial Intelligence.

Preferred Technical Knowledge:

Proficient in Python programming with hands-on experience.

Familiarity with Robocorp and Sema4.ai platforms.

Experience working with AI tools and technologies.

Skilled in using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
