Job Description
- Perform and apply procedures and work instructions related to ISO requirements.
- Perform audits of the SGN and processes (SOPs).
- Hold meetings to review indicators, follow up on objectives, workshops and analysis of improvements or root cause of findings.
- Perform operator training.
- Perform risk and opportunity analysis by identifying risk points that may affect quality and create containment and improvement actions.
- Understand customer requirements on the condition of vehicles prior to shipment.
- Plan and direct quality assurance and safety activities to people.
- Ensure the quality of the client\'s product by analyzing situations of product vulnerability.
- Provide direct, day-to-day supervision to operational collaborators.
- Identify and implement cost-cutting activities.
- Track daily attendance of your staff in the Kronos system.
- Compliance with requirements in Workday.
- Attention to internal/external audits.
- Generate work plan for the daily activities of the staff
- Follow-up of maintenance activities on utility equipment.
- Training for new personnel.
- Preparation and interpretation of KPIs applicable to the department
- Preparation of operating procedures.
- Analysis of times and movements applicable to the activity.
- Develop a daily work plan, assign tasks to personnel according to their area, customer requirements and company procedures.
- Identify, understand and manage a system of processes, which allows the organization to improve its effectiveness and efficiency.
- Directing and guiding workers who require information or support needs, providing clear and precise instructions. • Verify the care and quality of units to be processed.
- Validate the work of the personnel in their charge.
- Strengthen the distribution team in order to obtain more robust processes that guarantee the quality of origin.
- Identify, understand and manage a system of processes, which allows the organization to improve its effectiveness and efficiency.
- Review specifications when indicated, analysis of production constraints along with services and standards.
- Participation in internal ISO and WOW process audits.
- Preparation of ISO and SOP processes corresponding to your area of work.
- Preparation of monthly performance dashboard reports.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor\'s degree Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Logistics Engineering or similar, graduated.
Technical Knowledge:
- Management of computer equipment and electronic devices.
- Knowledge of AAR standards
- Knowledge of office parcels
- Knowledge of inventory systems (FIFO)
- Knowledge of TPA\'S
- Knowledge and application of continuous improvement tools
- Preparation and interpretation of KPIs.
- SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S and visual management out of the box.
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
- Have proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be willing to work any shift with the ability to work weekends if needed.
- Ability to drive vehicles with manual or automatic transmission.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and database navigation skills.
- Knowledge of the client\'s system.
- Knowledge of the WW (Wits Online) computer system.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel advanced intermediate.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards.
- Knowledge of Power bi for the creation of dashboards.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience as a supervisor.
- Management of work teams of 20 people.
- Application of tools for problem analysis.
- Direct contact with customers and suppliers.
Required language: Intermediate English – advanced (able to establish a conversation).
