ROLE OVERVIEW

A rapidly growing, top-tier global network marketing organization in the nutritional supplement industry, operating in 59 countries. Our business model is relationship-based, utilizing social media (primarily Facebook) and direct sales through an established team of approximately 6,000 members globally. We are highly results-driven and seek to scale operations through expert systemization and advanced lead-generation strategies.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly proactive, results-oriented, and independent Operations & Marketing Specialist to drive operational efficiency and significantly improve lead generation for our large network marketing team, including personal branding (very important).

This individual must possess deep expertise in network marketing dynamics, digital branding, funnel development, and team training. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with critical thinking skills who can take ownership of projects, implement systems, and drive measurable sales growth.

The successful candidate will serve as a high-level strategic partner, leading the implementation of scalable marketing funnels and overseeing systems to empower and onboard our global team.

Strategic Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Develop and Execute Advanced Marketing Strategy: Design and implement a robust "Phase Two" marketing strategy focusing on personal branding, attraction marketing, and high-ticket lead generation once team members have exhausted their warm market.
  • Paid Ads Management: Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta/Facebook Ads) with a focus on high-quality video hooks and messaging that attracts high-value customers and business partners.
  • Personal Branding Development: Act as a personal brand developer, creating tailored content strategies, video outlines, and voice/caption overlays for team leaders based on their unique personality and expertise.
  • Funnel and Automation Implementation: Design, implement, and manage full-cycle sales funnels and automations using platforms like GoHighLevel or Systeme.io to convert cold traffic into qualified, engaged prospects ready to join the team.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize advanced targeting methods (e.g., Facebook Pixel) and data analysis (e.g., Tableau, Google Apps) to continuously refine strategies and target audiences interested in high-ticket purchases.
Operations Management & Team Systemization
  • System & Process Development: Serve as the central Operations Manager to review, streamline, and systemize the onboarding and daily operations of the 6,000+ member team, ensuring processes are simple, duplicatable, and easy to follow (especially for older members).
  • Creating uncomplicated SOP’s
  • Training and Onboarding Management: Oversee and enhance the team's training structure, including:
    • Developing a School/Loom/AI-based training template to house recorded Zoom meetings, transcripts, and modules.
    • Ensuring content is efficiently stored and accessible via platforms like Boards (app), School (platform) and The System (app).
  • Leadership and Proactivity: Exhibit exceptional critical thinking and proactivity. The role requires an individual who will tell leadership what needs to be done, take initiative, and provide solutions rather than waiting for instruction.
  • Team Support and Oversight (Potential): Potentially oversee the selection and integration of other virtual assistants hired by the company, ensuring they have the necessary people skills and are in alignment with the organization’s goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven, extensive experience (portfolio required) in network marketing, multi-level marketing (MLM), or a related direct sales industry—understanding the unique culture and challenges is non-negotiable.
  • Marketing Expertise: Deep, current knowledge of social media marketing, personal branding, paid advertising (Meta/Facebook), and complex funnel building (GoHighLevel/Systeme.io, etc.).
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in social media platforms (Reels, Stories, Posts), training/hosting platforms (Zoom, Loom, School), and organizational tools (Boards, CRM, Google Apps, etc.).
  • Proactivity & Culture Fit: Must be a highly aggressive, self-motivated "hustler" who is comfortable operating with significant autonomy and providing strong direction to the leadership team.
  • Language Skills (Preferred): Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable to help penetrate and support our growing Latin American market (Chile, Peru, Mexico, Colombia).
