Operations Manager

The main objective of this position is to ensure smooth communication and service delivery between all parts of our team, clients, and agency partners on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• You will lead bi-weekly team meetings which will include a "client rundown" reviewing each client, their progress, and upcoming service and deliverables.
• You will be responsible for developing and improving new processes to improve service delivery and KPI tracking to keep team members accountable and to ensure deadlines are met.
• You will be responsible for communicating with our agency partners and eventually learn to pitch potential clients and new partners on our services.
• You will learn advanced SEO strategy and all components of an SEO project and be able to communicate it to clients, partners, and teams simply and effectively.
• You will be responsible for reading 1 business-related book per quarter that we recommend.
• If you rely on processes to know what to do, this is not the role for you.
• Eventually, we create systems to make things easier, but you will be the person who creates / refines them.

We are a small business - every day there is a new challenge without a procedure.

This is a very "figure it out" type of position.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Team Management, Account Management, and Digital Marketing.
• Organized, logical, and takes initiative.
• Highly interested in SEO and becoming an SEO Specialist
• Bilingual English and Spanish (fully fluent)
