Position: Operations & Asset Management Support Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly competent and diligent individual to join our young expanding team to provide essential operations and asset management support.
Key Responsibilities
- The primary goal of this role is to provide rock-solid diligent operational and data management support across our multi-property portfolio.
- Property Data Management: Maintain and update property management data across Rent Manager AppFolio and related systems.
- Financial Tracking: Track and record monthly utilities expenses and maintenance activity using Excel or Notion.
- Vendor Coordination: Support coordination of vendors maintenance teams and recurring service schedules.
- Access Control Monitoring: Diligently monitor access control systems (RemoteLock TTLock or similar) and coordinate with property managers for upkeep such as checking for low batteries and ensuring prompt replacement.
- Reporting & Documentation: Assist with reporting documentation and managing operational workflows for asset management.
- Team Communication: Communicate effectively and reliably with U.S.-based staff and property managers to ensure timely task completion and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in real estate property management or operations. We are open to less experience if the candidate demonstrates exceptional diligence and competence.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel or Notion skills for data tracking reporting and for higher-band candidates complex financial modeling.
- Platform Familiarity: Familiarity with property management platforms such as Rent Manager AppFolio or similar.
- Communication: Reliable English communication (written and spoken) is essential.
- Competence: Must possess strong common sense diligence and the ability to work independently to complete tasks and follow up without prompting.
Preferred
- Experience supporting multi-property portfolios (residential or hospitality).
- Exposure to digital lock or building access systems.
- Familiarity with U.S. property operations and vendor management processes.
- Financial modeling or portfolio analysis skills are a significant plus opening the door to the higher end of the salary band.
