A technology service company in Tijuana seeks an experienced .NET Application Support professional to handle day-to-day incidents and manage user communication effectively. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience, a strong grasp of design patterns, and comfort with tools like Service Now and Azure DevOps. This role requires solid analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure ticket resolution and compliance with SLAs.

Formación

  • 6+ years in .NET application support with SLA and KPIs.
  • Experience in design and development of web and desktop applications in .NET.
  • Strong analytical skills for requirement understanding.
  • Good understanding of web servers and front-end technologies.
  • Knowledge of design patterns and database management.

Responsabilidades

  • Track application support incidents and manage user communication.
  • Fix and close application support tickets as per priority.
  • Engage in client discussions and CAB meetings.
  • Collaborate with IT Managers and offshore support to resolve tickets.

Descripción del empleo
  • Day to Day application support incidents tracking and managing end user communication on ticket updates
  • Application support Ticket fixes and closure as per priority and defined SLA
  • Engage in onsite client discussions, CAB meetings relating to ticket discussion and closure
  • Work closely with IT Managers and business teams to mitigate ticket issues and risks.
  • Work closely with offshore support team, integration systems teams to manage the overall ticket backlogs and resolution

Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in working in .NET application support with SLA and KPIs
  • Experience in design, develop, Code and Unit Test web and desktop-based applications written in .Net framework starting from 4.x and above
  • Strong analytical skills to understand a given requirement and provide work estimates.
  • Should have good understanding of web servers such as IIS and Front-end such as HTML’s and Razor based engines.
  • Strong working knowledge on various design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, DDD, Repository Pattern and any custom/hybrid framework as designed by the Architects.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of data sharing medium using JSON, XML and other media types.
  • Strong knowledge and programming skills in Database such SQL SERVER, Oracle, My SQL and SQL Express.
  • Strong knowledge and coding experience in REST based web services and service-oriented design patterns using WCF and other API’s.
  • Should have used IDE such as Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code for Front-end development
  • Experience handling analytics application support covering shift, managing SLA compliance and Production deployments
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of application support processes and understands Service Now tool.
  • Strong Experience working with clients and end users
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
