Formación

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry in this or similar role.
• Advanced English language proficiency required.

Test Engineer 2

Test Engineer : Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products. Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.

This role has primary responsibility for confirmation that our products meet their intended function. This includes development of data that informs product development as well as test reports that support product submissions. The candidate will work within a team environment to solve problems and utilize best practices and techniques for root cause and statistical analysis. This work entails defining test methods, developing protocols, performing data analysis, and writing reports in compliance with corporate procedures.

Education

BS Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering

• Minimum 8 Years of experience in the manufacturing industry in this or similar role.
• Advanced English Language

Technical Skills

• Keysight 3070, Teradyne ICT test systems proven expertise, development and support Flying probe is a plus.
• Product strain measuring techniques
• Strong electronics knowledge and analysis tools.
• Strong experience with measuring and instrumentation, RF instrumentation knowledge is a plus
• Testst and and labview and other software development tools desirable
• Strong statistical analysis tools expertise, Minitab preferred
• Total productive maintenance
• MSA and CPK tools
• Core tools certification desirable
• IATF 16949 knowledge
• Code of conduct of the responsible business alliance and quality
• Competency of 6-sigma or equivalent statistical, problem-solving methodology
