A leading company in Ciudad Juárez is looking for a Materials Manager to oversee purchasing orders and inventory management. The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in materials management, along with strong knowledge of MRP systems and proficiency in English. Responsibilities include maintaining records, managing costs, and collaborating with the payables department.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or more than 3 years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in materials management.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices.

Position Responsibilities

• Place PO’s according to production demand

• Maintain records of PO’s sent to vendors

• Inventory management

• Cost analysis & Cost savings

• Pickups appointments with vendors

• Collaborates with peers in the payables department

• Following to PO’s with vendor

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in business, Engineering or a related field preferred or more than 3 years of experience.

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in materials management preferred

• Knowledge in MRP systems

• Knowledge of forecasting, MRP, transportation, supply chain and warehousing disciplines

• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.

• English level Business Proficiency (80%)

• Advanced Excel, and software associated with Outlook, Microsoft Word.
