Formación

• 4-5 years of experience building scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• 2 years of Native app programming experience with iOS and Android.
• Desktop application experience using Electron preferred.
• English proficiency (written and oral) is required.

Overview

AlertMedia is looking for a Mobile Engineer with React-Native experience. This role is an opportunity to leverage a variety of skills to build the future of our mobile and desktop apps. What you get to do every day

• Become an expert in the AlertMedia platform and its tools and uses for customers
• Manage the full lifecycle of the mobile and desktop apps from development, testing and deployment
• Work in an Agile environment using Git, JIRA, CircleCI, and Slack
• Contribute to the technology lead that AlertMedia has over other solutions through innovative development and by contributing new ideas related to leveraging technology in our product line
• Use strong verbal and written communication skills in collaboration with engineering and product teams
• Contribute to AlertMedia’s culture, values and vision for the future

What you bring to the role

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field (preferred)
• 4-5 years of experience building scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android
• 2 years of Native app programming experience with iOS (Objective-C/Swift) and Android (Java/Kotlin)
• Experience managing apps in the App Stores
• Desktop application experience using Electron on Windows, Mac and Linux (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• English proficiency (written and oral) is required
• This is a remote position based in Mexico. Candidate must reside in Mexico
