A manufacturing company in Monterrey seeks a Process Engineer to oversee metallurgical parameters and optimize production quality. Responsibilities include managing laboratory tests, training staff, and supporting operations management. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related fields, along with strong problem-solving skills and intermediate English proficiency.

Formación

• Ability to interpret the Periodic Table.
• Ability to interpret Customer Drawings.
• Ability to conduct Qualitative & Quantitative Analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Quality, Safety, and Environment Policy.
• Plan and develop chemical laboratory testing procedures.
• Prepare patterns for Spectro equipment.
• Control sand and chemical analysis in production.
• Prepare and certify reports on key indicators.
• Train and supervise laboratory staff.
• Organize internal and external laboratory audits.
