You’ll help our people stay healthy, informed, and cared for—while ensuring that Rapido upholds the highest standards of health and safety.

💬 What You’ll Do

• Provide medical consultations pě, diagnoses, and treatment for employees.
• Conduct regular check‑ups, screenings, and health assessments.
• Manage minor injuries and illnesses, dispense medication, and refer cases as needed.
• Provide first aid and emergency medical care on site.
• Coordinate with external medical facilities and emergency teams.
• Design and lead health and wellness programs that encourage preventive care.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and talks on healthy habits and workplace well‑being.
• Advise management on health and safety policies, practices, and improvements.
• Participate in safety committees and contribute to preventive initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Document assessments, treatments, and recommendations.
• Manage office inventory, medical supplies, and health‑related vendors.
• Identify and mitigate work‑related health risks (ergonomics, exposure, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with occupational health standards and NOM regulations (e.g., NOM-035, NOM-037).
• Stay up to date with medical and occupational health best practices.
