We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer to manage and optimize high-performing native advertising campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating ad inventory, overseeing budgets, and continuously improving campaign performance through data-driven insights. Accountabilities
  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms to achieve high conversion rates and profitability.
  • Manage budget allocations, bid strategies, and campaign parameters to maximize efficiency and ROI.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and proactively adjust campaigns based on data insights.
  • Test and implement new strategies and creative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure campaigns meet both short-term and long-term KPIs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall media-buying processes.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, focusing on media buying.
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Taboola and Outbrain campaigns; Yahoo Gemini/Verizon Media experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets ($20,000+/month) and complex campaign structures.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with basic statistics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with a good eye for design and marketing assets.
