Role Overview
This is a full‑time, remote opportunity for a Media Buyer Manager – Meta who understands paid acquisition strategy, Meta Ads workflows, creative testing, funnel performance, and data‑driven optimization.
The ideal candidate is someone who can own Meta Ads end‑to‑end — from planning, launching, and scaling campaigns to directing creative assets and ensuring funnels convert.
You should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution, making data‑backed decisions, coordinating with creative teams, and jumping in to make quick edits when needed to keep campaigns moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Own Meta Ads campaign planning, setup, execution, and daily optimization.
- Build and scale ad sets, audiences, and budgets across cold, warm, and retargeting stages.
- Implement structured creative and audience testing frameworks.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPM, CVR, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality daily.
- Identify winning creatives, angles, hooks, and offers based on data.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and insights for leadership.
- Manage the full paid media workflow across Meta (primary), and support additional channels as needed.
Creative Development for Paid Ads
- Manage the creative pipeline to ensure designers, editors, and copywriters deliver on schedule.
- Review ad creatives, thumbnails, social graphics, and marketing visuals for brand fit and performance potential.
- Provide creative direction based on paid media data and audience behavior.
- (Hands‑on when needed)
- Jump into editing tools for simple edits, resizing, or rapid prototypes.
- Understand what "good creative" looks like specifically for Meta Ads performance.
Video Production & Editing
- Manage freelance/contract video editors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate on video concepts and provide creative direction.
- (Preferred)
- Hands‑on video editing skills for ads and social campaigns.
Funnels & Landing Page
- Build and maintain landing pages, funnels, and lead‑gen flows in ClickFunnels.
- Review and QA funnel performance regularly (page speed, tracking, UX, conversion rate).
- Coordinate assets needed for each funnel : graphics, video, copy, UGC, and layouts.
- Test landing page variations and collaborate with the team to improve conversion rates.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track KPIs including CPM, CPC, CTR, landing‑page conversion rate, CPL, ROAS, and LTV.
- Build weekly reports highlighting insights and opportunities.
- Translate data into clear creative and funnel recommendations.
- Identify patterns in top‑performing ad sets and use insights to scale winning assets.
Project Management
- Manage timelines, calendars, and deliverables to keep campaigns on track.
- Keep campaigns running smoothly by anticipating bottlenecks and resolving issues quickly.
- Coordinate between founders, operations, and creative partners.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3–5 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns at a performance level.
- Hands‑on experience with funnel/landing page builders (ClickFunnels highly preferred).
- Ability to read and analyze campaign metrics and convert them into clear action items.
- Proven experience collaborating with creative teams (designers, editors, copywriters).
- Basic video or design editing skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe).
- Strong project management skills — ability to drive timelines, deliverables, prioritization, and communication across teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote startup environment.
- Highly proactive communicator who keeps stakeholders updated and escalates blockers early.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
