A global technology leader in Mexico is seeking an experienced M&P Engineer to modify specifications and manage environmental constraints in aircraft programs. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of related experience, strong knowledge of composite and metallic materials, and must be available for an evening shift. This role ensures effective collaboration with M&P Engineers to tackle technical issues while supporting various delivery processes.

YOUR ROLE

• Create or modify technical content of M&P specifications in order to fit with customer’s standards.
• Assess and anticipate the environmental constraints for M&P regarding new regulated substances.
• Provide M&P analysis for NCR (Non-conformity requests) treatments.
• Review drawings with M&P modification.
• Review, approve and provide recommendations for Transfer of Work projects.
• Work in close collaboration with M&P Engineers by providing timely M&P recommendations to a variety of manufacturing and assembly issues.
• Engage with M&P engineering team offsite to resolve key technical issues.
• Support the delivery process by providing technical expertise to delivery teams and external customers.
• Exchange information and collaborate with other FAL sites to ensure sharing of technical knowledge.
• Document analyses on M&P work files.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3-5 years of experience as M&P Engineer or similar roles.
• Good command of composite materials, metallic materials, and processes (special processes, assembly processes, etc.).
• Previous experience in aircraft programs.
• Experience in qualification management (supplier management, writing of test plans and test reports).
• Knowledge of REACH regulation.
• Advance level of English, spoken and writing.
• Knowledge in: MS Office, CATIA V5 and tools like A2EMM-001, Eroom, Enovia, NCMS/HMS.
• Availability to work on the evening shift from 2pm to 10pm.
