Team Overview

We’re looking for a Masterbrand Manager who thinks like a strategist, moves like a creative, and builds brands that people don’t just recognize - they connect to. You’ll shape our masterbrand positioning, turn insights into culturally-relevant campaigns, and make sure our brand shows up in ways that feel authentic across Spanish-Speaking Latin America (SSL). If you believe real relevance comes from understanding people (not just talking at them) you’ll fit right in.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own the brand’s positioning, voice, messaging, and architecture across SSL.
  • Deeply understand the nuances of culture, language, and behavior across SSL markets.
  • Create masterbrand campaigns that shape perception, build emotional connection, and drive long-term brand equity.
  • Keep the brand consistent across every touchpoint.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with clarity and collaboration, bringing brand ideas to life by aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
  • Track brand health and campaign performance to inform long-term strategy and guide smart decision-making.
  • Use insights, data, and results to refine and improve storytelling over time.
  • Champion a test-and-learn mindset to continuously elevate creative effectiveness.
  • Understand how the brand connects to business goals, and work cross-functionally to drive both.
  • Use brand as a lever for growth, translating business challenges into strategic, creative solutions.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight timelines without losing strategic focus.

Role Qualifications
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in brand management, creative strategy, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven experience developing and executing brand campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, architecture, and storytelling.
  • Solid grasp of consumer behavior and cultural nuance across Spanish-Speaking Latin America.
  • Skilled at turning complex business goals into actionable brand strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to shape strategy and optimize performance.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset—you can lead big-picture vision and get in the details.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
