A global energy management company is seeking a Master Data Base Specialist for its Queretaro location. The role involves ensuring the quality of data controlled by the site’s Information Systems, managing data owners' processes, and training users. Candidates should have proficiency in Excel, knowledge of ERP systems, and strong communication skills in English. This position offers an opportunity to impact data quality and support the engineering change processes.

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Master Data Base Specialist at our Queretaro location.

What you will do:
  • Ensure the quality of data controlled by the site Information Systems (ERP, MES, WMS): integrity, compatibility & consistency.
  • Manage and animate the data owners' network and processes on data quality with the appropriate indicators.
  • Initialize material information records and coordinate the Engineering Change Notification Process (Plant, DC, LAC included).
  • Coordinate tasks between actors in charge of managing evolutions of products (including OCP: Offer Creation Process) and components, change request flows (Plant, DC, LAC included).
  • Manage archiving and removal of data corresponding to the product life cycle.
  • Define rules to manage master databases according to global and/or regional guidelines.
  • Build, manage, and communicate indicators for efficient data quality (e.g., DQR: Data Quality Report, Datascan).
  • Support data owners to maintain user skills and train newcomers on the different systems.
  • Animate Data SIM of the plant.
  • Functionally animate Data-Owners on data topics.
  • Actively participate in Data Community.
  • Possibly act as Data Owner and/or Key User.
  • Participate in Schneider Digital Community.
Qualifications:
  • Capacity for problems analysis and synthesis.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge or experience with an ERP is a plus (SAP, Oracle, AS400, etc).
  • Programming PHP is a plus.
  • Manufacturing background is a plus.
  • High capacity for communication and training production schedulers.
  • English.
