About The Role

The specialist collaborates closely with clinical, operational, and marketing leadership to develop and implement integrated marketing plans that align with the organization’s strategic vision. From campaign ideation to execution and optimization, the role requires a proactive approach to drive measurable results and demonstrate return on investment. The Marketing Specialist also provides critical insights through data analysis and reporting, helping leadership make informed decisions to enhance marketing effectiveness and patient engagement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within healthcare or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including CRM, digital assets, and performance analytics
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels for specific regions and ministries within the CHRISTUS Health system
  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that leverage CRM tools, digital content, and creative assets, with clear lead and pipeline goals
  • Develop and optimize campaigns through tactics such as bidding, keyword research, A/B testing, and landing page enhancements to maximize conversions
  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analyses to inform strategic decision-making for assigned regions and service lines
  • Contribute to content development for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand messaging
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, including demand generation, lead quality, conversions, and ROI, using dashboards and analytics tools
  • Support patient journey mapping to understand and enhance patient experiences from awareness to service engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and successful campaign execution within budget constraints
  • Provide ongoing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing efforts and improve business outcomes
  • Plan and oversee special events, including logistics, content, and success measurement activities
  • Deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, including physicians and external partners, to communicate campaign results and strategic insights
