A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Project Manager to manage Direct Mail creative strategy and new testing opportunities at a finance company. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in Direct Mail and Digital Marketing. Responsibilities include coordinating creative concepts, tracking assets across product lines, and acting as a contact for compliance teams. This role offers a pay rate of $50/hr on a 12+ month contract, with responsibilities focused on creative asset management and collaboration.

Formación

We are seeking an energetic, organized and resourceful Project Manager to manage Direct Mail creative strategy, new testing opportunities, review cycles and performance measurement across multiple products at the finance company.

Pay Rate: $50/hr on W2

Duration: 12+ months with possibility of longer-term extensions

Qualifications
  • MUST HAVE 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager (Resume must show this TITLE)
  • BA/BS degree with 2–3 years of professional experience in Direct Mail, Print and Digital Marketing Creative Asset Coordination.
  • Experience with creative marketing workflows, digital asset and web content coordination.
  • Excellent proofreading skills.
  • Excellent communication and creative collaboration skills to keep cross-functional teams (Compliance, Web, Product) aligned.
  • Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides). ((Resume must show this experience))
Key Responsibilities
  • p:artner with the Direct Mail Team and agency partners to brainstorm, coordinate, and execute creative concepts and assets for monthly campaigns.
  • Route Direct Mail assets and digital marketing assets through internal approval cycles, ensuring all feedback is captured and implemented.
  • Organize and track the status of 60+ creative assets (print and digital) across various product lines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Act as a point of contact for Web Services and Compliance teams to assist in the setup of monthly digital marketing assets and web content.
  • Keep the Creative Testing Roadmap updated with the latest data and upcoming test dates.
  • Assist in the preparation and logistics for creative presentation meetings with our agency partners.
