Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well‑capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure‑play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin‑off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description

TEMPORARY - 12 MONTHS

Location: Mexico City (hybrid).

Reports to: Regional Marketing Directors.

Role Purpose

Drive the growth of titles/projects in Latin America through highly effective, creative, and data‑driven omnichannel campaigns, acting as a connector between Headquarters and local territories. Lead the strategic integration of marketing disciplines, promote a customer‑centric and data‑driven culture, and maximize the value of agencies and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • 360° Planning and Execution: Design and implement omnichannel plans for assigned titles with clear objectives (awareness, consideration, and business results), ensuring creativity, effectiveness, and innovation.
  • "Product" Leadership by Title/Franchise: Translate strategy into world‑class executions; define audiences, messaging, and journey, and ensure creative and brand consistency.
  • Headquarters‑Territories Linkage: Act as a continuous liaison to align territory needs and ensure timely inputs/deliverables.
  • Market Intelligence and Insights: Collaborate with analytics/business intelligence to interpret trends and turn insights into initiatives that optimize messaging, segmentation, and tactics.
  • Agency and Vendor Management: Advise, align, and supervise creative/tactical partners to ensure quality, efficiency, and strategic value aligned with objectives.
  • LATAM Regional Adaptation: Design and implement strategies for medium and low‑budget films, considering cultural, audience, and investment particularities by market.
  • Measurement and Continuous Improvement: Consolidate learnings and results to optimize current and future campaigns, promoting transformation and innovation practices.
  • Preparation of executive campaign reports for top management, territories, and headquarters.
Qualifications
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree desirable).
  • Experience: 5+ years in strategic marketing; experience in entertainment, media, or consumer goods and leading multidisciplinary teams is desirable.
  • Digital/Analytical Skills: Proficiency in digital platforms and data analysis tools to support decision‑making and optimizations.
  • Languages: Advanced English (spoken and written).
