Responsibilities

• Develop Sales Collateral : Working with the design team coordinate the creation of videos, presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and product sheets to arm the sales team.
• Time-Limited Offers : Develop two time-sensitive offers per month for the sales and success teams, complete with communication templates.
• Training : Facilitate 1-2 monthly trainings for the sales team on product updates and marketing resources.
• Webinars : Host 1-2 webinars per month for prospects and customers, involving the sales team and sharing key insights.
• Trade Shows : Schedule and administer trade show activities, from booth setup to lead capture.
• Market Research : Analyze competitors and market trends to inform sales strategies.
• Content Creation : Leveraging AI, develop blog posts, articles, and social media content that align with sales objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales enablement initiatives.
• Performance Metrics : Track and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement activities and materials.
• Note : All results will be tracked for performance evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Fluent in English at a working business level, spoken and written.
• 2+ years of experience in sales enablement or marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Experience using ChatGPT and other AI tools for marketing.
