A leading research agency is searching for a Research Associate to join the Catalyst team in Mexico. This role encompasses researching and synthesizing data to offer insights, developing compelling client deliverables and managing projects within a dynamic international environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess strong analytical abilities, and share a passion for problem-solving. The position offers competitive benefits, training opportunities, and a chance to contribute to impactful research.
Euromonitor International is one of the world's leading independently owned research agencies with over employees in 16 offices across the globe. In today's increasingly international business environment, our comprehensive geographic footprint – combined with a unique approach to research – enables us to provide insights and help clients make strategical and tactical decisions across a wide variety of industries and organization types. We cover a huge range of products & services, including both syndicated and multi methodology customized research to provide clients with insights that help guide their short- and medium-term business strategy.
Part of Euromonitor's growth strategy is to further expand our Catalyst team in our new office in Santa Fe, Mexico City to better support our clients in the Americas.
Catalyst is our largest analytical unit focused on the optimisation and modernisation of our methods and processes by leveraging technology, automation, and visualisation. The team is also responsible for developing and executing our custom productised solutions (NextGen practice) that allow us to answer our clients' critical business questions faster. Our research is varied in terms of geographic footprint. Typically, work will either be multi-country or global, or focused on one of the America's markets. For this reason, English and Spanish language skills are a must, and Portuguese is a plus. Additionally, there is also a great deal of variety in terms of sectors – while the Research Associate will often be working with the big global FMCG players such as those in Consumer Finance, Home & Garden and Packaging, other key clients come from areas such as government organizations and trade associations. As such, work can be business-to-business or consumer focused.
We are looking for motivated self-starters who are excited by working in a diverse, international environment and believe that we can create a new centre of excellence in Mexico. We are passionate about learning, solving problems and making a difference. If you are an analytical thinker, passionate about data and driven by problem‑solving, this might be the right opportunity.
