Formación

• Technical degree or equivalent mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with production schedules and timelines.
• Prepare detailed reports on manufacturing and unloading times.
• Lead and supervise production team activities for safety and efficiency.

Conocimientos

Technical degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in industrial or manufacturing environments

Intermediate English proficiency

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Knowledge of production planning and resource optimization

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
