This position is a key member of the Corporate Security Office. You will ensure that Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, and other manufacturing and production environment systems operate securely to reduce the organization’s overall cyber risk.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Perform cybersecurity risk assessments of Signify manufacturing sites and systems, providing recommendations and assisting local stakeholders to improve security.
  2. Assist in developing action plans and risk mitigation strategies for factories in various countries (Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, the US, and Canada).
  3. Design and conduct OT cybersecurity training for Signify employees.
  4. Review and provide input on the Information Security Standard for manufacturing controls.
  5. Ensure updates and reports are comprehensive and communicated to Corporate Security Management.
  6. Lead and contribute to key projects, ensuring alignment with strategic security goals.
  7. Advise manufacturing groups to ensure their systems are securely architected and configured.

Your Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 4 years of cybersecurity experience, with participation in projects under NIST CSF or IEC 62443 frameworks.
  3. Minimum two years of experience in OT environments (IoT and industrial security).
  4. Knowledge of cybersecurity controls and technologies (hardening, IDS, vulnerability management, networks, segmentation).
  5. Willingness to travel up to 25%, both globally and domestically.
  6. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  7. Preferred: 2+ years experience with SAP MES; certifications such as CISSP, CSSA, GICSP, ISA/EIC 62443 are advantageous.
