Summary/Objective

• To build the order with good quality to customers within due date and meet the working productivity target HDR ≥ 95 %, BP ≥ 110 %, no 100% batch scarp

按订单计划，按时完成生产任务，生产效率 HDR ≥ 95 %,BP ≥ 110 % ， 0 批量报废；

• To keep working area 5s on good condition. 0 safety accidents

负责现场责任区的机台现场保养要求和 ROCK 要求， 0 安全事故

• Perform WI and SOP step requirements and strive to improve their respective levels (Red , Yellow , Green , Orange , Black )

执行 WI 和 SOP 步骤要求，并努力提升各自的级别（红牌，黄牌，绿牌，橙牌，黑牌）

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• To work with PCL or group leaders to finish orders with good quality on time, feedback the abnormal in production in time

根据 PCL 或组长制定的每日生产计划表来完成当天的订单生产 , 及时反馈生产中出现的异常；

• Perform Buddy Check and inspection of the production process, and master the operation of microscope, caliper, tapemeasure, etc.

执行生产前的首件检查确 认，生产过程当中的自检和生产完成的检查，并熟练掌握显微镜 , 卡尺 , 卷尺等操作；

• Master the debugging of the machine in current group, maintenance the machine and abnormal treatment;

掌握本组的模具的调试，机台的现场维护保养，和异常的处理；

• Scrap control in process, feedback the abnormal material issue to the leader/supervisor timely and assist to investigate the cause;

制程中的报废控制，异常材料需及时反映给组长 / 主管，并协助调查其原因；

• Report the finished/unfinished production tasks on the same day, to input

汇报当天完成 / 未完成的生产任务，并及时准确的输入当天的 POT/ITS/Scarp/LTE 等数据到系统当中；

• Follow WI/SOP to complete all production activities strictly, do not break regulations, to prevent from accidents, and assist team leader/supervisor to improve and upgrade;

严格按 WI /SOP 来操作 / 执行各项生产活动，不违章操作 , 防止发生工伤事故 , 并协助组长 / 主管进行改善升级； 7 ， Daily "ROCK" “Safety” and keep the work station on good condition. 对本 W/C 生产区域的日常“ ROCK
