Formación

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION :
  • Build and lead manufacturing plans that align with demand.
  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with purchasing to ensure quality and timely delivery of equipment and tools.
  • Establish preventive maintenance programs for machinery.
  • Coordinate equipment repairs and upgrades.
  • Promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Propose improvements to increase profitability.
  • Research and embrace new technologies that improve production.
  • Build workstations crafted to minimize physical strain and stress for operators.
  • Analyze and plan consumables demand to resolve efficient inventory levels.
  • Evaluate the automation of manufacturing processes.
  • Generate reports on production performance and improvements.
  • Evaluate and promote balanced manufacturing practices.
YOU HAVE :
  • 2+ years of validated experience as a Manufacturing Engineer.
  • Previous experience up to 2 years specializing in metal mechanical processes.
  • Fully bilingual (English / Spanish).
  • Validated knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes for cabinets.
  • Proficiency in CAD / CAM software for design and manufacturing.
  • Expertise in process optimization and quality control.
  • Skill in selecting tooling for manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of industrial engineering for line balancing and workstation creation.
  • Experience in leading manufacturing projects.
  • Ability to maintain machinery and production systems.
  • Capacity to work with interdisciplinary teams and lead authoritatively.
