A leading manufacturing and supply chain company in Monterrey is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support continuous improvement in critical manufacturing functions. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support and drive continuous improvement across our critical manufacturing functions. At Fictiv, we serve two primary customers: our builders, who design and order parts through our platform, and our manufacturing partners, who fabricate and assemble those parts. In this role, you will work at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and cost, ensuring high-quality, manufacturable solutions for our customers.

You will review and analyze the manufacturability and cost of parts submitted by our builders across a variety of fabrication processes, including CNC machining, sheet metal, assembly, welding, urethane casting, and other manufacturing methods. Leveraging your mechanical engineering background and hands‑on manufacturing experience, you will recommend design improvements to meet performance, cost, and lead‑time requirements.

Aplicarás tu formación en ingeniería mecánica y tu experiencia práctica en manufactura para recomendar cambios de diseño que cumplan con los requisitos técnicos, de costo y de tiempo de entrega.
