A leading manufacturing and supply chain company in Monterrey is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support continuous improvement in critical manufacturing functions. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience, hands-on expertise in CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication, and fluency in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include analyzing manufacturability of parts, generating quotes, and providing design feedback. This role is essential for ensuring high-quality solutions for customers and contributing to the company's innovative manufacturing platform.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machining and/or sheet metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze manufacturability and cost of parts for various fabrication processes.
• Provide design feedback to improve manufacturability and reduce costs.
• Generate accurate quotes based on engineering analysis.
