Overview

Manager, Delivery Operations at Snorkel AIJoin a company building AI with data, scaling global customers.About The RoleLead and grow a team of Delivery Operations Managers within Snorkel's Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) business.

What You'll Do

Report to the Head of Delivery. Lead and develop the Production Manager team : hire, mentor, and grow high-performing ICs. Drive operational excellence : oversee project planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. Partner cross-functionally with research, engineering, GTM, and operations stakeholders. Optimize processes : implement improvements to workflows, quality assurance, and pipeline monitoring. Ensure customer success : translate needs into actionable delivery plans and hold teams accountable. Report and communicate : provide updates to senior leadership on performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.

What You'll Bring

5+ years in delivery operations, program management, or related fields, with 1–3 years of people leadership. Proven coaching, mentoring, and scaling a team while fostering accountability and excellence. Track record of driving process improvements and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Excellent communication skills to articulate status, risks, and solutions. Problem-solving, proactive, resourceful; adaptability to fast-paced growth.

Bonus Points

Experience in data, AI / ML, or enterprise SaaS. Exposure to customer-facing delivery or field operations.

Benefits & Compensation

Target annual salary : $160,000—$240,000 (tier 1 locations). Includes equity and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
